I'm not familiar with many pharmeceuticals. (Might get better response in another category.) But just saying the word out loud, it sounds a lot like salicyn, the active ingredient in aspirin, also found naturally occuring in white willow bark and other herbs. Maybe "salicynol" or "salicylinol."

First, take Ibuprofen. Sit with an ice pack directly on the tailbone for 15 minutes. Then stand up gently and walk with short, smooth steps, very slowly, for 5 minutes. Then rest with no heat and no ice for 20 minutes. (it'll warm back up slowly during that time.) Then start over. Ice. Walk. Rest. Do this cycle 3-4 times and you will be amazed at the difference.

I am unsure what you are talking about. If you have the option, seek out a Chiropractor, Osteopath, Accupuncturist or Massage Therapist that can assist you in treating Sciatica. Medicene won't really 'fix' Sciatica. It will cause the pain to go away, but it will come back. Sciatica pain is caused from a pinched nerve. Medicene won't just unpinch the nerve. Manipulation will.
