I do crunches and everything, but this "ponch" wont go away, its gross!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Try to limit your sugar and starch intake. You may also want to watch your sodium intake. I eat mostly protein and veggies and fruit and I have lost 7lbs in a week. Water is also VERY important to help flush out all the toxins in your body. Walking is a very good exercise to, walk at least 45min a day. Keep this up and you should see results.

aww its ok i have a really big stomach too. it always looks like im pregnant after i eat even when its just an apple! i dont think you do enough crunches. i do 200 a night and it really helps you can see a huge difference and i also jump rope 15 min before i go to bed. jumproping 10 min=30 min. of running so you dont have to run if you dont want to and just jump rope :) good luck with your stomach!! i totally know how you feel :)
