I think you need to just fit a regime in the AM/PM and stick to it.

First I'd do a warm wash cloth (heat for more warmth in micro)
apply to face and repeat.
Wash with a pure soap like Ivory and apply peroxide and or vinegar -

I personally think the products at Arbonne (Clear advantage)
are really "good" for you and your acne and it comes with a supplement to protect your insides and outsides from acne on a daily basis.

Hope this helps.

PS find a good mask and exfoliate [mask once a week exf. twice a week not on the same day]!!

go to acne.org

dan kern is the guy's name who created the method on that site. he uses a specific amount of 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (a little at first, adding to the amount as the weeks go by).

seriously, this actually works! it's the only thing i've ever found that has actually worked. when i was younger, i went on accutane and all that crap. dan kern's method works, and it's much less expensive than going on antibiotics or something.

try it out.

PS - don't buy his book, cuz all the info you need is on the website. the book is basically just the website in book-bound form.

You can get fairly cheap clay-based masks at the store...let them sit on your skin until the mask is fully dry...
your best bets for ingredients: sulfur, ben.peroxide, salicylic acid, glycolic acid
home treatments: redness relief eye drops (for redness), egg white mask, toothpaste
