i been going to the gym 4 atleast 4 months but i wasnt serious though.. now this month i am really serious...i stoped eating like i used to only eat a little bit...lunch... and a little dinner.. thats it... and i should be abel to loose atleast 20 or 25 pounds in a moth and a half right??? help me out i stopped eating like i used to... i got to gym for atleast 2 hours do cardio, play basketball, and do some weight lifting... is this good to loose weight i am serious about loosing weight and coming down to atleast 190 instad of 230... thanks..
