Are you afraid of the truth? and if so, why? What is the worst that can happen? Sounds like it has become a habit and that is difficult to change but try to stop yourself next time, take a time out , deep breathe and go for the truth. It truly will set you free. You'll be fine and happier that you conquered yourself and you will not have to lie anymore. You are already on your way since you wrote in and want to stop this.

A sociopathic or psycopathic or antisocial personality disorder which symptoms are consistent lying, falsifications, and pathological lying with out remorse.

But in your case, because of youth, most likely, your problem is that one of rationalizations. They are in an attempt for recognition and acceptance. Your actions do not exibit malicious intent and deliberations. And this is not necessarily one with a basis for a mental disorder.

It's not a disorder. Some of it is related to guilty feelings. The other part is you trying to impress others by talking about things when you probably don't know what you are really talking about.

Compulsive lying?

Actually, I'm in AP Psychology right now and that doesn't really seem like a disorder to me... maybe you're just a bit paranoid that something's wrong with you? (i think it's called hemophilia but it doesn't sound right...)

Just a guess: Adolescence? It's possible you're being a bit hard on yourself for a very human trait.
