Im adicted to chocolate & cookie & etc, have a total sweet tooth. Are there any tricks to stop the constant snacking? please help or else im gonna get friken fat as anything.

Just remember that you are a human with an advanced will, not a pig. It is easier, though, to be a pig than it is to be a human. But, that is why we eat them and not the other way around. We humans rose above the other animals with our wisdom and the toughness of our wills. Here is the poem "Invictus" if you have not read it recently:

Try the trail mix with M&M's in it. I snack that way but healthier and I still get my chocholate fix. Also, have you tried 100 calorie packs of cookies put about by Nabisco. Frozen grapes are great is you need something sweet and cold. Just remember to drink water, eat fruits and veggies when you feel the urge.

You dont have to resist it just pick something better to snack on. Grab a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts.

drink water. no sodas that always happens to me and i always drink something like water or juice. when i get home from school instead of eatng chips and a bunch of junkfood, i eat a granola bar :) it keeps me full and its healthy :)
