It is healthy. It is AMAZINGLY healthy. If you could teach other people how to do that, you could make millions of dollars.

Whether you gain or loose weight largely depends on what you are eating. If you are eating, fresh, healthy, whole foods, you most likely will maintain if not loose weight (depending on where you're starting from.) If you're eating a lot of processed foods (anything that comes in a box, fast food, etc.) you will most likely gain weight.

Eat until you feel satiated. That means to eat until you just begin to feel full, then don't eat anymore at that meal. That way, you're not overeating & feeling sick when you push yourself away from the table. You're bound to lose weight by not overeating. Drink water with your meals as it will give you a feeling of fullness.

No, if you are eating slow...it takes your brain 20 minutes to even realize its full...within 20 minutes you could have gorged on a whole pizza and be miserably full...just eat slow and you'll be fine, in 20 minutes you will know to eat more or less.

you dont want to eat so much your all the way full. its not unhealthy, but it makes you hungrier faster. i use to always eat till i was so full my stomach looked like i was pregnant but then i stopped eating till i was really full and i exercise a lot more then i use to and now i've lost weight. if you want to loose weight then do crunches and jump rope they both really work :)

It's all about portion size and balance, dear. Combine those factors with regular activity, and you'll be just fine.
