My name is Vivek, I am working as a Manager (Quality Dept.) the problem here is that i do not get time to work out due to hectic schedule of mine and this is the main reason behind my gaining weight. At present my weight is 87 k.g and height is 5feet 7inches. so if anyone of you can tell me what do i need to do to loose weight. Pl suggest me some diet plan so that i can eat right and workouts that can be done at home.

I'm like 5'0 (I'm not sure actually. I'm like 152-3 cm?) and yea okay, I sorta get teased about it from time to time (I'm 14), and it bothers me a lot. I don't know if I'll grow any taller (sorta had my period at an early age... around 10-11 ish?) and well yea. But people always tell me I look taller, like around 5'2-5'3, but yea, I ain't fooling nobody =). So I just wanted to get your opinions.
And don't worry about hurting my feelings or anything, I'm sorta used to it =D.

I am currently taking St John's Wort tablets once a day. It works fairly well on me. I am considering also taking 5-htp supplements in combination.

What are the chances that this combination will have negative side effects on me? What are the chances of getting 'seratonin syndrome'?

I had to repair a broken fridge magnet three days ago. I used superglue. the tube was leaking, so I got it all over my hands. now my right hand is stuck to the mouse and my left hand is stuck to the beerglass I was drinking from, which is now empty. I have to type using my elbows. I can call emergency services using my elbows, too, but unfortunately I tried to clean my hands by licking the glue off, now my lips are stuck together as well. I get through, but they think I'm a crank caller or a terrorist.
what am I to do?
(luckily I have NOT used the bathroom during this time)

The first day of my last period was february 9th,for the past three days I have had a light brown discharge instead of blood,no period pains,no discomfort, My period doesn't usually do this,or at all ever,at least not for three days,usually by the second day it is a full blown period,but not this time.

Any Ideas? Could it be an infection of some sort?

My nose has quite a lot of blackheads, and has been that way for a while. It's gotten to the point where I don't even like going out because I'm so self-conscious about it. It's embarassing. Are there any amazing products out there that will clear these up? I've tried facial scrubs and they haven't really done the trick.

I have a disturbing problem :-( ,my penis leaks out semin randomly ,usually all day periodically, specially when i talk to my girlfriend (without even touching her ) , it leaks in sleep - i feel no such arrouse.

Honestly, I have been having this prblem for many years now. But it has grown to its peak in last almost one year. I have my mind running thinking getting worried about anything. I have just turned 25. During day i do find my mind racing and in kind of daze. This daze comes as i have not slept peacefully and sound.I have noticed as it happnens daily with me. No matter if have slept for 8-9 Hrs. I get up so tired and depressed. My mind keeps racing dreaming whole night thinking about something that might take place the in future or might have taken place in past or may be the last day. This has become really a pain for me as I get up tired and i am kind of sleepy whole day and desires to take nap but when try to do that to energize myself, I feel the same thing again and find my mind racing. I have seen people sleeping for only 5-6 Hrs and they are fresh and motivated like anything on work. But I wake up in daze, showers & go for work and people ask havent i slept last night.

i have wore my braces abt 10 yrs ago. At that time, my orthodontist suggested me to go for the jaw surgery due to protruded upper jaw. However, due to young age, my parents rejected.
but now, i thinking to do the surgery. My question is can i jus go and see a oral & maxillofacial doctor or must i wear a braces so i can have the surgery done?

I done my braces in a teaching hospital. My orthodontist has already graduated and i cant remember who she is now..

After excersize, I always seem to be struggling to get oxygen inside my system. Like I'm having to breathe a lot more often to keep up with oxygen demands. I have not been diagnosed with asthma, however I think I have symptoms.

My B.M.I is normal and my general health is perfect.

Should I go and see my local GP?

I've been having bleeding and pain for about 6 months now. First the doctor said it was a large hemorrhoid, then they said it was a bunch of hemorrhoids, then they said I had a polyp, did a colonoscopy and removed that. Went back recently because the pain has gotten so bad I can barely make a BM anymore. I usually end up giving up because the pain is so excruciating, and when I clean up afterwards, there is only blood on the paper. It feels almost like a tearing. I also have itching often and at times have to wipe myself, and not even after going to the bathroom.

After my last appointment, my doctor gave me AnaMantle, and said that would help numb it. I don't want it numbed, I want it healed. He says he can't tell what is causing the bleeding. How can this be? Is there anything that can help cure whatever this is?

I am reading the, "Pain Free In 6 Weeks", by Sherry Rogers and am trying the nightshades diet. You have to eliminated all hydrogenated oils and all tomato and potato products, along with peppers, cayenne pepper, and paprika. I've been on it for one week for my chronic achilles tendonitis, among other things, and so far no luck. I just reinjured my ankles, possibly sprained them, two days ago. So, I am very frustrated and really wanting to talk to anyone who knows anything about this diet. If anyone is on this diet or knows about it, please email me.
