Some fitness experts came to my school last year gave their opinions. Legs are the most used, Abs are the strongest muscle, biceps are the quickest to build while pecs are the longest. Triceps can be miss used the most offen when lifting weights. Back is just simply the boringest however most of them said that the Forearms are the most difficult to develop and strengthen ofcourse. Go and try Wrist curls on half the weight you work your biceps with and if you can do it properly with 6 reps for 3 sets then your incredibly developed. Note your arms must lean on your knees.
