sneeze actually happens when something strts irritating the very sensitive skin on your inner lining of your nose....
this causes a reflex action known as sneeze...where in you tend to inhale as much air as you can ad bring them out as forcefully as possible...
this causes ith irritating sensation to go away....
when sneezing eyes also water...this tears go away in to your nose ...and also makes it moist causing the irritating sensation to go!.

please never sneese with your mouth close....it may puncture your lungs or tear your eardrums...
and while sneezing your heart beats stop for a second...hence they say god bless you when you sneeze!!
ha ha!...
sneezning is not a disorder...sneeze comfortably...its your process of body...
a reflex action...you cant stop it....and dont ever try to!

Sneezing is when the body expels a burst of air up your err throat or nose or mouth to expel the 'dirt' stuck inside.

I would go with the first answer and add that your heart stop pumping the blood for second

if you like I will tell the story behind the reason of why the say god bless you when you sneeze !

In our religion,ISLAM. when God finished from the Creation of Adm's body he blew his soul into him and when the soul reached his head Adm sneezed and he said thanks god, thus when angels replied to him by saying god bless you.
