There isn't any healthy way to lose weight without exercise. Exercise is the best. But if you really need some tips, here is what you can do:

Cut down on carbs like potatoes, bread, pasta, noodles, rice.
You can eat a fair amount but not too much.

If you have cravings, opt for fat free yogurt or better, nuts.

Not eating food does not help you lose weight.

Maintain a healthy diet by eating breakfast and dinner and do some exercise.

Because, if you starve yourself, your body will hang on to the fats and when you do get hungry, you will tend to eat more. Some people gained more than their usual weight after they stopped eating.

There's this diet called the Atkins Diet which works best if you're desperate. But i have to warn you, it is NOT healthy because it cuts down on diary products and food that you need to become healthy.

The best thing is to eat well, exercise, DRINK MORE WATER, and have some sleep.

Research shows that if you sleep more, you will tend to lose weight because you won't be going to the refridgerator everytime you're hungry.

No need to put the C in exercise man! its quite simple to slim down without working out. Just eat more sounds crazy but first of all you should eat every three hours. Sensibly of course, you can't eat pizza and ice cream all day and lose weight. try eating cereal or oatmeal in the morning almonds 2 to 3 hours later a sandwich for lunch something sensible for dinner, when i was trying to lose weight i stuck with chicken or something low fat for dinner. Keep portion sizes about the size of your fist don't fill the plate! Then eat again before bed probabally some more cereal. add fiber to your diet and cut out sugary soft drinks. drink bottled water or distilled stay away from tap water try running a part per million test on your tap water not pretty. so basically just eat more but eat within moderation

The Atkins diet can do that, but you have to be on it for the rest of your life or you gain it back.

The idea is that you trick your body into thinking it is starving by not consuming any carbohydrates. So your body begins burning your body fat as stored fuel, which is what it is for. In a couple of months, you can lose a great deal of body fat this way.

But as I say, as soon as you start eating normally again, your body starts re-stocking fat with a vengeance.

I'd opt instead for finding a hobby that is fun AND exercise. Gyms are a drag, I know. But rollerblading, or bicycling, or swimming can be fun AND help you slim down.

Good luck!

Not really because when you exercise, you burn the calories and fat off. You can eat healthy. Choose the foods with less calories so it is less you have to burn off. You burn calories doing everything. Take the time to walk the stairs instead of using the elevator. Here are some tips for losing weight.

·Eat breakfast everyday. Eat whole grains with at least 2 grams of fibre.
·Eat some dairy like yoghurt or milk, it can help rev up your metabolism.
·Drink water and keep hydrated, add a twist of lime to zest up the flavour.
·Be aware of white foods, choose fruits and vegetables with bright colours.
·Be cautious about bread, choose high fibre, whole grain loaves.
·Have an apple before dinner, it fills you up and provides lots of fibre.
·Keep moving, dance around the house while making the beds and doing chores.
·Brush your teeth after meals or have a breath mint, it helps to stop the urge to eat.

did you hear this on the news? exercise adds very little to losing weight. dieting alone does the trick. for me, it's cutting way down on carbs.
