i'm a 16 year-old male and i stand 5'10, father 5'11 and mother 5'3. i discovered that i haven't grown much since 15 no matter how much protein-rich food i consumed... have i stopped growing? it seems most kids are towering over me...

it depends, everybody is different, some people are grow faster in the 20s and some are stopped growing before their 20s. I was 5'10" at age 19, by age 20, I grow from 5'10" to 6'5". It totally all depends your family genetic.

Males grow until they are in their early 20's growing in height slows down around 15, 16 but 16 to 20-ish (whatever your body chooses its not the same in everyone) your body will be changing in different ways guys tend to get bulkier and more muscular and more hairy

nah..don't mind it..male i think stop growing at the age of 21..there's nothing to worry, in spite, you're taller at your age.yeah!

you may have a second growth spurt.

porbably not. 5'11 is the avearage.
