Happens to all guys occasionally. It just means you need sex or that you need to masturbate and ejaculate out some built up semen. You're normal Dude.

If you're worried and you probably should be a little get a second opinion from another doctor.

Although leaking in your sleep it's probably a wet dream and perfectly natural.

You don't actually mention if you're sexually active. If you're not then this is your body's way of releasing the level of semen-perfectly ok. Although if you are sexually active and getting regular sex you shouldn't be releasing much at any other time.

Well first of all...how old are you?...about 12-16? Your problem is that your uretha and prostate aren't fully developed yet. Another thing is your subconcious brain. Just because your body and emotions don't rise to arousel enough to notice doesn't mean that it's not being aroused...this is why it usually happens when talking to your girlfriend or in a dream, which may or may not be sexually related. Don't worry, man...this happens to alot of us. Oh yea, are you still a virgin? this may be why...it's nothing to be ashamed of if you're still young.

Well, if you are talking about "pre-ejaculate" then that's normal. BTW, "pre-ejaculate" is clear and sticky and such. If you are really talking about semen, then definitely go see a doctor.
