I located the guide to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however more commonly) and doing little or no activity, however the weight continues flying off. It obviously works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it might scare the dwelling daylights out of me in view that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the understanding. I've not ever bought whatever like this earlier than in view that they're normally stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a best shock. Get began at present!

i compliment you on wanting to do something now. When I was 10 years old I weighed 140 pounds and just ate anything I wanted to, and at 18 weighed 192. Fat is NOT BEAUTIFUL! I thank God I never got any major health issues, like heart, blood pressure, diabetes and all that stuff, I went on diets after that but could not stay on them because I was starving, seemed to want to eat more. Of course now I know that I was not eating the proper foods. I have changed my whole way of eating. Lots of vegetables, off all white stuff, very little red meat, fish about twice a week and about 8 glasses of filtered water, and exercise. I am here if you want to talk. I will be 77 in April and never felt better in my life! I now weigh 148 and have dropped 4 dress sizes.

Stop being such an impressionable little twit.

Weight doesn't matter. As long as you're healthy on the inside, who gives a flying shebang on what you look like on the outside? Be big. Be bold. Be beautiful. Be proud you're alive and healthy.

If you truly want to lose weight, start jogging, bike riding, swimming, take up an after school sport. STOP eating junk food completely.

You're still a baby. 90% of that could still be baby fat.

Well, if you're 5'3" you should weigh about somewhere between 100-115lbs. so you are a little bit overweight. but you mentioned you eat junkfood only once a month thats good. but reduce it and get exercise. thats the best healthiest thing you can do for yourself.

hi

there is no short cut or magic to loose weight...
don't trust tv magic shows and stuff...

the best way is to excerise n maintain a good diet.. that is the original way..even if its slow it would have a more longer lasting remedy.

Eat less, eat right, exercise more.
calories are like a bank. you can accumulate, or put them in, and take out and spend them on exercise. its up to you.
