What keeps your motivated while you exercise? I sometimes have a problem staying motivated. I will go into the gym amped up, but i get overwhelmed by all the machines. I often end up confused on where to start? After a few sets on a few machines i feel lost and end up bored. Any suggestions for this?

This guy i used to date, we still talk once in awhile but he has a major drug problem. hes gotten fat, lack of ambiton and he has attitude that he doesnt care about anything.. All of his real friends have left him, one of his closest friends had cancer and he didnt even call him.. Hes left with a bunch of friends who are all using him and do drugs with him. They also talk behind his back and make fun of him
Is there any hope for someone like this? He doesnt even talk to me anymore.

Do you ever miss how you were pre-treatment? I'm finally stable and fully functional after years of toying with medications and it's great, but I also find myself almost wishing I was still like I was pre-medication. Am I the only one?

i really want to be the kind of person that is "out there" but something holds me back everytime. do guys ever look at their sister or female relative breasts? what would make a man do this? what are u thinking cuz i have caught my brother (he is 18) looking at my breasts when i bend over wearing a tank top, no bra, to clean out the fridge and he was barely listening to me. he notice i know and he turned away, we were both embarrassed, lol.

For example The psychiarist Megan asks her patient Michael, "How is the medication working for you?" Then Michael replys "The medicine Welbutrin is not working for me, but I have a bad rash all over my stomach and my legs." Then Megan the pyschiarist replys "You have a bad rash in those areas, oh my goodness, is it pretty serious." Michael replys "Yes its serious and it itches really bad." Then Megan the pyschiarist replys "Well Can i see it?" Then Michael was shocked and he said No! Isnt Megan suppose to ask Michael that? Why would the psychiarist ask her patient that? Do they have a reason to ask that? Please help and no rude answers, thank you.

i have got accidented and undergone through surgery for bones of my right arm.I am in the age of 30yrs. After 6 month of accident still healing in bones continue. As per doctor it will take littel more time.

I have the ambition to get really buff. I went to the gym on Wednesday and I felt my muscles a bit sore. I was told by a trainer there that since it was the first day, I should wait 48 hours until returning to the gym so the muscles could rest.

Today and yesterday I went out and played Road Hockey, for the first time in a long time (Since the days are getting better-Srping) and now my arms are completely hurting; using muscles I haven't used in a long time.

I want to go to the gym tomorrow but I feel really sore, should I go or wait longer? But I think back to the saying...

"No pain no gain"
