these pills really don't work 100% with no effort at all from you. They help burn fat when you diet or exorcise but if you are wanting to be a couch potato and eat all the junk you want and take a pill and expect a miracle it won't happen. You have to make some effort if you want results
Diet pills can actually mess with your thyroid (which effects your metabolism) trust me i know because this happened to a close friend of mine. so all these "diet pills" did was make it harder for her to lose weight and keep it off

In my opinion, all "fat burning" pills are BS. I would suggest an appetite supressant like Hoodia instead. Guaranteed results. just make sure you know who you are buying from. they must show a certificate on their website, etc... http://www.health2000.net/hoodia
