It can mostly depend on your sleeping habits.
Are you getting all sleep you need during the night? A recommended sleeping period of 8 hours or more is best.
What is the design and layout of the room you sleep in? A lot of things can effect the way you gain energy overnight.
This can include comfort and environment. If you have any electronics near your head where you sleep, don't. Move them far away as possible. for example if you have an alarm clock near your head, move it to the other side of the room. This allows for when the morning alarm to go off, you can walk up and get awake to turn it off, rather then hitting snooze and rolling back over. Don't have the buzzing sound, but rather have music play in the morning as the alarm.
Don't fall asleep to TV or News, or wake up to it either. This includes the radio news. Make sure you are eating properly. Breakfast is the most important meal. When you wake up, brush your teeth and what not, then grab a glass of water, grab some cereal, maybe eggs, or whatever you like for breakfast, grab a big meal if you can, depending on your schedule. Drink another liquid while you eat breakfast. Just make sure you are getting sleep/eating properly.
If none of this helps, and you are stuck inside, not feeling like doing anything, force yourself to. Grab your shoes, coat, go for a jog, go to the store, go out, to the mall or a friends, make yourself do something active, but of course having a meal, like breakfast or lunch, depending on the time. After experiencing going out, you'll feel refreshed, and will want to get out more.

You may be depressed. You may need more vitamins, or you may just be like me and be totally lazy. I wanna sleep all the time. I drink Amp by Mt Dew though to get me thru my shifts at work. It works ok.
Look into your mental health. Any stress or depression going on?
Any new meds?
Are you sleeping and resting? They are 2 different things.
Do you snore perhaps? or sleepwalk?
Any drug use or alcohol?
Diet problems?
Best of luck.....I'm going to bed!

In addition to looking into getting adequate exercise, nutrition and sleep...do you have any psychological/emotional issues that are bothering you? (recent break-up, stress, ill-feelings towards another person, etc. etc.) These could also contribute to your laziness and fatigue...
