Well even though im only 14 here's what i did:
1. eat 2 cups of tuna a day
2. run for 10 min. [on a treadmil or outside]
3. 300 curl-ups a day on my ab lounge [it works!]
4. stop drinkin cokes and stuck with crystal light

Do a full body weight lifting routine 3 days a week and do Cardio (running, biking, etc) 2-3 days a week.

you mean lose fat. cause to exercise builds muscle, and this will actually add weight, not take it away. for muscle weighs more than fat. so remember that as you go about all this.....that scale will lie, the mirror won't.
being an inline speed skater....I would say try any form of roller or inline skating, even ice. great full body work out while having a blast doing it.

Wake up early morning go for a quick jog. You will feel energized all day and will be able to take on any task. It should help you keep on top of a healthy exercise regimen.

I have an oddball suggestion but after only 3 weeks its working for me so far...I got hypnotized and in 3 weeks have lost 11 pounds, probably not for everyone but i will take it even if its all i lose

If you are trying to lose weight around your stomach then do 60 crunches before going to bed and 60 crunches when you get out of bed.

you download great songs but they have to be fast and rock like: gwen stefani in Hollabackgirls, linkinpark, shakira...
Everyday dance for 45 minutes without stopping once, it might be hard and sweaty at first but two days later you will stop sweating quickly at school or anywhere else, and it will become a daily routine, i already lost 5 pounds!!!
