What keeps your motivated while you exercise? I sometimes have a problem staying motivated. I will go into the gym amped up, but i get overwhelmed by all the machines. I often end up confused on where to start? After a few sets on a few machines i feel lost and end up bored. Any suggestions for this?

the simple way you can stay motivated is to workout different exercise verytime you go the gym. You can work out chest using bench press barbell for the first time, the next time you may want to use dumbbell or hammer strength machine. You should also focuses on one muscle group. Avoiding boredom is also another way to stay motivated.

I am like you in terms of motivation.

I have to do the group pump classes 3 times a week with all the long legged ladies bending over in front of me in their petite gym outfits ~ doing squats, lunges, crunches, bent over rows, upright rows, shoulder presses, push ups tricep dips, bicep curls etc... you know the routine... goes for one whole hour to music with some amazonian woman leading the crew.

It is a tough gig, but I try my best to keep up. Actually, there isn't any time for being a pervert... too busy keeping up... but the thought of being in that environment keeps me motivated more than being in the weight room with 100 muscle bound Silvester Stalone look alikes....
