Jogging daily for an hour is going to cause knee and ankle problems in your future....if it hasn't already done so. Two or three times a week would be better. Walking on the alternate days will allow your knees and ankles to heal from the impact trauma of jogging.

It is possible, but not that likely if you wear quality jogging shoes and run on level surfaces instead of the sides of banked roads.

yes it will when you get older biking is better
