My daughter and I just noticed red little dots on our skin and they itch. But what is odd is that they seem to be in a pattern of 4 dots.

My hubby has had a horrible cold all week and despite my best efforts not to catch it from him, I am coming down with my first symptoms. Is there anything I can do now to prevent it from getting really bad by the time I wake up in the morning? I tried running about the equivalent of a marathon without training for it. I am athletic, but that is another beast to deal with. I couldn't even run much more than half of it.

I have 2 stress fractures in my feet. One in each. One near my left ankle bone and the other is on my right and is likely a metatarsal. I didn't have any X-rays to prove it. You just kinda know sometimes. I have gone over 2 months without running or serious sports and it's still not healed up. I was working some and maybe this slowed the healing, as I was on my feet and lifting some stuff now and then.

I've drank more milk than usual, taken some calcium supplements, actually laid off pop, which science has proven to contribute towards fractures later in life. Caffeine also leaches calcium.

I am 29. Have no insurance. Wanted to try a PEMF device(bone-growth stimulator), but not enough money. Is there a place I could rent one??

Have crutches at home, haven't used them much.

Suggestions, other?

I've got a pinch nerve in the C-8 disk on my spine, Money is real tight(6kids & property tax)Can't get to the doctors real soon. I can't find any comfortable way to sleep,tingling w/bicept cramping, all the way down to & including my whole hand, Anyone else gone thru this if so sorry 1st of all, 2nd any comfortable position to sleep in. For the last year I have been taking Seasonale birth control which reduced my period to 4 times a year. The last cycle for the pills started in mid October and I usually spot between cycles but this last one I didn't.. About 3 weeks ago I felt this hard bump about the size of a softball around my belly button. It doesn't stick out unless I'm laying down. When I felt it I experienced a sharp pain and about 30 minutes later I went to the restroom and I had 3-4 bright red blood drops. For the next week I was spotting light pink to brown, but 2 weeks ago I passed a large clump of blood half the size of my palm and was bleeding for a few days. Since then I have been spotting brown to black. Sometimes I get sharp pains and I've had minimul cramps, and the last couple months I've gotten bigger but really haven't gained much weight. I can't get an appt. with my OBGYN for another month. I don't know if this is normal or what.

k, i got St.ives Apricot Scrub for oily / acne prone skin
and Neutrogena Invigorating Foaming Scrub

is it a good idea to use the St.ives every other day, and use the foaming scrub each morning ?
will this help with my acne ?

I've been getting these stupid painful papercuts everyday fer the past week er two. They hurt and once it was so bad that it bled pretty badly and I had to use a band-aid. All the cuts are on hand hands and it makes me think i should wear gloves forever. This has been happening to me since my friend got mad at me.

I've had a 101-102 degree fever for 2 days straight. Time to go to the doctor? I also have a stopped up/runny nose and a wicked cough- spitting up all kind of nastiness- and a general feeling of crapiness. I've always been told by my thrifty parents that a fever is a good thing so long as it does not get too high or stay too long, and that when it comes to colds- doctore can only give u things that allevuate symptoms but not cure you. Still 2 whole days with the fever is worrying me. any thoughts??
