I want to lose weight after having my second child. I excersise when I can, about 3 times a week for 20min. Not much but about all I can do at the moment with the 2 little ones. I have cut down on my eating but I'm not losing weight. Will replacing a meal with a protein shake help? If not what else could I do that is healthy.

I have been pooping really wierdly in the past few days. I get the feeling i have to poop a lot and when i try a little bit comes out. Then a few hours later the same thing happens. I am not constipated, I have just been pooping a lot. Could this have anything to do with my menstrual cycle, or mood?

I am 43 yr's old and have been smoking 4-ever would someone PLEASE help me STOP smoking.I smoke about a pack a day. ive been on the nuva ring since march of 06, and never had a problem. Today is my day to take it out, but its not there! I dont know when it came up missing, or if it was pushed up so far that i cant get to it! Please help, im waiting until 8am to call the doc. But if it did fall out, wouldnt i have gotten my period?

now every time, and i now its mens health but women to ask questions here.
now.... why do men seem so worried about there penise size.

is it true that after eating a greasy meal its best to drink a warm beverage because it aids in the breakdown of the fatty acid or is it better to drink cold water becasue your body burns more calories trying to warm it to your body temperature? also someone told me that drinking cold water freezes the fat making it hard to digest true of false?(try it with butter if you dont get what i mean if you melt it and then add water(cold) it hardens again.)
