Need pill that does NOT contain Statins

I'm 17 and I am quite thin and want to fill out a bit more. I've read that to increase my body mass I need to take in more calories than I burn off. My friend told me that I should start taking in 4000 calories a day? Is this too many? I dont want to become obese or fat. How many calories a day would you recommend? What types of food are good for this?

How do you get rid of food poisoning? I've tried Pepto-Bismol, Mylanta, I even tried vinegar in water (my boyfriend's mom said that'd work), but nothing has helped. I've thought about taking laxatives to get it out of my system but does that work?

I have had nausea for going on the 4th day straight. I can eat and drink - in fact, I feel much better when I do. But as soon as I put it down, I feel like I'm going to throw up. However, I haven't actually thrown up at all. Has anyone else had this? I'm beginning to think it's more than just a bug.

just realised I have lost the side from one of my teeth, I think I must have swallowed it (yucky!) the tooth has a filling in it, I can not get a dental appointment till the 21st. anyone any ideas on if they can rebuild the side of teeth or am I likely to get stung for a crown?

I was on the pill for years and stopped for 3 months, I lost 12 lbs and noticed that I have bony ankles. I am starting the second week of active pills and have noticed that I am gaining weight back, and my ankles are swollen, however my lifestyle has not changed, I eat healthfully, drink a lot of water and exercise 5 times a week. Should I change birth control...or start a strict diet and increase my strength training and cardio?

Recently tested eyes for some iritation due to use of Anti dandruff Shampoo - Head & shoulders! Due to too much tension, pressure etc, got viral fever about 10days back. during that time, had this problem of pain especially in the left side of the face. Even the bone below the left eye, left side of the forehead, left eye, & one teeth on the left hand side. Ocassionally had the slight chest pain also. Any clue please?

My child caught a food virus, she was complaining of tummy aches and at the same time..., and this is what Doctor said, the same virus attacked her chest causing coughing and asthma. Is this true?. It has happened before that my child complains of strong tummy ache and after few days she will get asthma symptoms, is there a relation? Please explain, thank you.

My child's asthma starts gradually, usually when catching cold or drinking anything cold, first some coughing appears, after 1-2 days the coughing becomes more persistent until is non stop and if not taken to A&E asthma will settle. She is then prescribed steroids tablets and antibiotics. Howver doctors are reluctant to give her anything before the asthma or chest infection has started. I wonder if there is anything I can do to stop asthma and/or chest infection settled in.

I'm fairly skinny, and I stay fit and everything, but for some reason my calves are still HUGE! It's hard to find boots, and even though they're mostly muscle (it's not like it's flab), I'm always really embarassed about my unladylike calves. I've been having periods once every three months for the last 2 periods and the currently is yet to come after 3.5 months. I seem to gain weight easily around the tummy area. I'm not pregnant and I haven't had any hormone problems before. What are the likely causes? My periods go through a period of stability and then instability. I'm a bit sick of it. ~___~

I brush my teeth twice a day and floss them. I just went to the denitst for a cleaning, he said that my teeth were perfect
