I'd say don't start off at anything over 30 quarts. Then every time after that add five quarts or so. Hope this helps. Have fun!!

Go get a fleet enema and follow the directions. Don't listen to the person that is telling you to use 30 qts. That is ridiculous to use that much water.

well, my brother had to take enema last year a lot, and he was told to drink at least three bottles of water a day. i hope the enema doesn't bother you too much...

You can buy enemas at the drug store. They come in little plastic bottles with the tip on it and ready to go.

It use to be all you can tolerate because it all comes back out pretty fast.
