Well..if you want to freeze the milk first to eat it....Sure..knock yourself out. Other than that...I prefer to drink my milk. But as far as the side burn thing goes. It really depends. Like I know for a fact that if you have Native American Indian in you. (Any tribe) It is harder for you to grow facial hair. I'm 27.... and 1/3 Cherokee and it takes me almost 3 weeks just to show a 5 o'clock shadow. So it really depends on Genetics.

Haha,
How harsh of people to pick up on you 'eating milk' if you are indeed referring to those tasty milk lollies then you must still only be knee high to a grasshopper and patience is a virtue.
Milk will do eff all for growing burners, just time and genetics as someone previous to me said. Sorry son, buy some starmix to cheer yourself up.

Not shaving is the best way. (It is a fallacy that hair grows thicker if you shave it).
There is nothing you can do with your diet that will encourage hair to grow. Everyone is different and the follicles in different areas produce hair at different rates. Hair growth is largely controlled by hormones and some people have more hair than others.
You just have to accept yourself for what you are.

Try shaving that area everyday. Each time you shave the hair grow in thicker. I know this is going to take a while but pays off in the long run....
