When I do get annoyed it is usually with something that I think I sometimes over analyze. Then after confronting the person, I end up getting mad at myself...self doubt.

there is no accurate way to describe human behavior as normal, it is so subjective that it could never be really described as having a norm. peoples moods change all the time to accomidate their situation, can change by the hour, week, month, year, regardless it will always change and if you feel that your mood changes too much and that you find yourself unable to control yourself, or your anger or your self doubt then best bet is to see a therapist so you can work on learning how to control your emotions and help you understand what provokes your reactions.

It is neither, you are just like the average out spoken person. I am very out spoken and I confront people over the stupidest things. That doesn't mean I have an angry problem or mood swings it just mean I am normal and that I stand up for what i believe in. Not too mention I am a Virgo!

I'd say its hormone related. It's very common for women with PMS and it usually can start from day 14 on. I use a natural therapy that I get at the vitamin store...its a wild yam cream that seems to help balance me out.

If you have it calculated to when it happens, sounds like PMS. Mark your calendar and start anticipating it a few days in advance, then try to regulate yourself when you feel it coming on. Takes practice, but can be overcome.
