keep them clean and dry first of all!!! neosporin or some other OTC (over the counter) antibiotic ointment to heal the "cut". Sounds like you may have a case of athletes feet/foot if there is mild to severe itchiness. If that's the case, any OTC anti-fungal topical solution will work. If its just a case of dry feet; use moisture cream once your cuts have healed and repeat first line above :)

after a shower at night, liberally rub your feet with vaseline, wrap them in saran rap then a light sock and the next morning they will be amazingly soft. depends on how cracked and rough they are repeat...for how ever long....
