I have been pooping really wierdly in the past few days. I get the feeling i have to poop a lot and when i try a little bit comes out. Then a few hours later the same thing happens. I am not constipated, I have just been pooping a lot. Could this have anything to do with my menstrual cycle, or mood?

well if your taking wellbutrin then i feel your pain lol, no seriously i do.
i never had a problem with doing number 2, but ever since i started taking wellbutrin (anti-depressent) ive been bunged up.
now i would reckon that you are not getting enough fiber,... mmmmmmmmmm fiber lol. now if you want a laxitive lol then get some mineral oil, take 2 tablespoons of that baby, and you will be clean in no time, the crap will just pour right out of you,
i dont mean to sound weird or gross, or anything, i know what it is like to be constipated, like come on when you are constipated you are missrable, and agittated, and very very uncomfortable, it feels like some kind of hemeroid lol, sorry.
dont deny it either sweety, you are constipated, that is what happens when you are constipated, when you got to go, olny little bits come out, and same again later.
you are constipated, you are constipate, dont feel ashamed.
you are perfectly noemal, we all go through it, and it might have something to do with your mood, which is related to your metabolisum, when you feel run down , upset or constantly pissed, your body dont break down the food like its suppost to, therefore resuliting in constipation, or diahrriah, stress plays a huge factor to hun.

im sorry if i sounded like i was making fun of you, i wasnt, and im sorry if i affended you
ok hun

good luck
i hope all goes well

Please do not worry, it is nothing serious. You do however really need to do two things:

1. drink a lot of water

2. eat fresh green veggies and some unsalted nuts and a few cooked beans (GREAT fiber)

Foods like chocolate, sugar, processed, alcohol, too much meat can give you EXACTLY what you just described. Even just mediocre eating plus stress will do it because your central nervous system gets weird and this affects the MOTILITY in your intestines. You are having motility problems.

BTW please do not take stool softeners or Metamucil or anything like that, the stuff is AWFUL for you. Full of nasty artificial sweeteners, highly processed fibre or sugar for one thing.

I eat green veggies even at breakfast! Once you get past silly societal habits it is easy. For example this morning for breakfast I had a huge plate of broccoli and bok choi steamed, with a little olive oil, some eggplant dressing from Trader Joes, pine nuts and half a sliced fuji apple.

I'm telling you, eat veggies and fruit all day and your prob will go away.

Tip: You can lightly nuke fruits and veggies in the nuker if you are a wuss. It makes them softer and tastier.

Good luck!

its what your eating. If your eating alot of junk food or sugars your poop will get harder and only come out in "chunks", try a stool softener

The same thing happens to me. Just make sure that your drinking enough water and you need to make sure that your eating foods that give you enough fiber to get nice, healthy bowel movements.
