For sure go to your doctor. I had the same problem. You can ask for immune system testing. The process is really long to get full immunity testing though. They will check for the major immune system disorders first.

Hi Rebecca, sorry you're not feeling well.
Go and get a check up from the doc - I don't know how old you are, but you shouldn't be feeling unwell for this long without resolving the problem. .
Antibiotics only kill bacteria, not viruses, and can actually make you feel quite low sometimes. You can also become "immune" to them, if they're over prescribed
Any other symptoms like feeling depressed/weight gain/feeling cold all the time? Maybe you have a thyroid imbalance which is easily taken care of once it's diagnosed.
Double check your diet - make sure it's nutritious. Drink plenty of water, go easy on the alcohol if you drink, and don't smoke ( as an ex smoker, I remember that even a cold would be so much worse for me when I smoked - it weakens your immune system) Also, get out in the fresh air, even if it's just a 30 minute brisk walk.
Of course, no one can diagnose you on here! Don't be scared, see your Doc (if you don't feel comfortable with the one you have, it's easy to change your Doctor)
Remember, you're only going to worry more if you don't go!!!
Take care - feel better soon xxx

first of all check again for any changes to lifestyle work diet what has changed to bring on these symptoms antibiotics are rather like dropping a nuke when a couple of handgrenades will do. As they do not differentiate betweeen good and bad bugs.Six courses in a few months is excessive what if you get a really serious infection you could become immune to them.tThey shouldnt be prescribed for colds and flu unless they leave a chest infection behind .

you're most likely run down because you've had to take so many antibiotics over the last year - these kill the friendly bacteria aswell as the bad boys so work on replacing them. take a probiotic tablet and take a probiotic drink every day too. also try to rebuild your immune system - without the friendly bacteria to support it, it's taken a beating in the last while. try taking some garlic capsule, and echinacea drops along with your multivitamin. also make sure your vitamin has vitamin c and zinc in it as these are fantastic to ward off colds and flu and also aid healing and health within the body. Feel better!!!!

Antibiotics will weaken the immune system. Although they are effective in killing bacteria, the drawback is that they kill all the good stuff as well. Best you discuss with your doctor and get some bloods done too. Hope you feel better soon, best wishes, Penny xx

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/rBUTf
A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

You should really go to the doc's have have a full medical check-up. Ask them to check your blood sugar level as Diabetes can make you feel tired. It could also be thyroid related. It's probably something easily fixable but you want to make sure, as it could be getting worse. Or phone NHS Direct and tell them your symptoms. It'll give you piece of mind. Good luck!

Go to your doctors. It doe'snt help living in the UK as it always seems to be cold, dark and miserable. You could have some form of depression......book a holiday in the sun with a few friends. Its amazing how the sun affects our mood and spirit, and when its not around everything seems so dull and lifeless.
Treat yourrself, go on your worth it!

One of the problems might be too many antibiotics. You need to rid yourself of these. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, liver for iron. No fast food! Very important, and moderate exercise, fresh air. Dump all the tablets! Unless you are realy ill.
