can some one explain to me where the youth of today get there expressions from? listening to young boys on the bus the other morning talking about johnnie bags!!!!! i was left rather puzzled as to were condoms get that nick name. so if anyone out there can explain to me why then that'd be great x

feeling where i usually have period pains but the pain is not like usuall period pains.it comes and goes,at best i can get through it at worse i have to sit down and rest.i have a history of treatment for unusal smears,and have had treatment,last smear came back clear but im thinking this pain just cant be normal?any ideas.thanks in advance.

ok...its been awhile since ive had sex..2 yrs exactly.
Dating someone in the military...he wont be home for good till the end of the year....we'll c each other be4 that of course...but we'll be stayin in hotel rooms and what not. Im not afraid of doing it..I just know since its been awhile for me i will bleed prolly...and dont want to do that in a hotel room! am i just being paranoid? plz a little advice...id appreciate it.

I'm 5'7 and just turned 18, i've been like this for 3 years now and i HATE IT.. everyone is muuuucch taller than me i'm a ******* midget!!! I had a pretty bad cold yesterday, I coughed and I had a 38.20 temperature. I instantly was laid to bed, and I coudln't control my hands/feet (I dont know how to say it in English) - they moved around like after coming out of a Artic waters..
Could anyone tell me if its normal?

What have you experienced with your thyroid? What symptoms have you had? Problems you have had? Tell me anything you possibly can about anything to do with your thyroid experiences/problems...

I ask because 6 years ago, my doctor wanted to test my thyroid and all this time, I thought it meant he wanted to stick a need in my throat. He thought I had hypothyroidism, but I never got tested for it because I fear needles and the thought of one going near my throat.

Im 29 years old now. When I was 19 i got into a very destructive relationship which lasted for 5 years. I really loved him and i thought he loved me but he was very controlling and made me think i couldnt do anything for myself. Ive always been quite quiet and i was very influenced by other people then and I thought everything he said was right so I believed I wasnt worth anything. I eventually got out of this relationship only to get in another destructive one this time with an older man who treated me like dirt and liked the fact that I had no self esteem. I was more like a trophy to him. I split with him in the end and ive done a lot of growing up since. Ive come to realise that people like that would always be attracted to the sort of person i was, i was weak. even though i think differently now and would never get in a relationship like that again, I have no self confidence, I hate myself and the way i look and my self esteem is nil. What can i do to improve things?

Nothing was done at the doctor. but a few days later my mom told me the doctors said I had herpes.. from the research I've done I'm supposed to be having these breakouts....
