Uncontrolled moving of feet/hands?

I had a pretty bad cold yesterday, I coughed and I had a 38.20 temperature. I instantly was laid to bed, and I coudln't control my hands/feet (I dont know how to say it in English) - they moved around like after coming out of a Artic waters..
Could anyone tell me if its normal?

if you ever get a high fever, you should see a medical specialist straight away and get some antibiotics! shivering is part of the process that your body uses to try and get your temperature back to normal.
if you sweat, you will get better soon :)

probably shivering, a normal thing when a fever is going up or coming down.
