Milk is extremely fattening, so if you are trying to keep in shape, please do not ever drink whole or 2%! Stick with 1% or skim and you should be fine. My mother in law loves milk, and it was making her very unhealthy and even fat. She went to a doctor and told her to drink 1% or skim, and less amounts of it, and I kid you not - she lost 10 pounds in no time! (Now she's actually pretty hot!)

Yes, I lift weights. It depends on what type of body you are going for. If you want to be big and muscular I would drink whole milk. If you want to be skinny, cut and defined I would use skim or 1 percent. Basically figure out what body you want. 50 cent, or Mathew Mc Conaghay (however the heck you spell that), or something in between. I would start with the whole milk and reduce the fat I take as my body starts taking more shape.

U eat what u like and do exercises that u like if Eat only when u r hungry.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.
