I have white spots on the back of my throat, but I have no other sign or symptoms of tonsilitis or strep throat. What else could it be?

could be a bit of thrush- you can try eating yoghurt and see if it helps, or you can get some liquid over the counter at the chemist called nil-stat for oral thrush

Candida infection of the throat is suspected. If it is not treated, it may spread to esophagus and other parts/organs of your body.
Consult your doctor.

I get these ALL the time. Do the old salt/warm water gargle trick 3 times a day, they'll go away.
