Eat only when u r hungry.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

You don't need to lose 7kg, you need to be happy how you are! Many people think that losing a bit of weight will solve all their problems and it's simply not true! Even if you did lose 7kg, you'd just have the same problems and there would be less of you to cope with them!
Oh okay... just eat less and take more exercise!

Hey!
Well - this is what works for me. I'm a University student and work 4 shifts a week whilst maintaining a great relationship with my fiance, family and friends (meaning - I don't have much time on my hands to muck around with diets or fads) I do what I know works... This is it ultimately: change what you consume and your exercise habits.
With regards to nutrition:
- I drink a 3 litres of water a day to flush out toxins and replenish all of my organs (more while exercising)
- I eat heaps of fruit and veges (high in vitamins and antioxidants)
- I don't drink alcohol, or smoke
- I stopped having coffee, soft drinks, fast foods, fatty foods and foods high in bad carbs
- I eat foods that are high in omega 3 fatty acids (i.e LSA, tinned fish, etc)
- I try to eat 5-6 small meals daily
Exercise is important, but without a balanced diet it just won't work. So my fitness goals are:
- Walking briskly everywhere I go throughout the day and I try and increase my normal daily activity
- I do about 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercises every second day
- Remember to stretch muscles before and after exercise and hydrate constantly (plain water)
- Every second day (instead of plain cardiovascular workouts) I do cardio + resistance training for an hour using Jillian Michael's DVDs (The hardcore chick from "The Biggest Loser")
Anything similar to this will make you more fit, healthier, happier and you'll lose that extra fat that is getting you down. Don't think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle change and its all about self control and taking care of yourself!

Hi,
The fastest way I know is through a detox. I myself lost 15kg within 2 mths and got rid of my huge tummy doing a detox.
All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods consumable even by babies and pregnant women that will enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Remember there is "Slim 10"? Actually, it works! You need to be carefully consume a little by a day and will do the trick!
Those people you seen form t.v. are the greedy ladies and ate them up like "kacang-puteh" and that's why their liver got problem!
If you still can get Slim-10, it will slim you now in 2-3 weeks. I have a few friends who are still eating Slim-10! Guess who are they? They are the SIA stewardesses! They keep their weight in control and taking Slim-10 carefully!
