Uncontrolled moving of feet/hands?

Question

I had a pretty bad cold yesterday, I coughed and I had a 38.20 temperature. I instantly was laid to bed, and I coudln't control my hands/feet (I dont know how to say it in English) - they moved around like after coming out of a Artic waters..
Could anyone tell me if its normal?

shivering after a fever is a phenomenon expected, it is of course abnormal. But use of tylenol?acetamenophin/paracetamol will lower the fever and help prevent symptoms like this. See a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen or if new symptoms develope, good luck
