There are a lot of different things that they make ketchup out of.
if it's just one part, then maybe there's a brand that you can usethat doesn't have that ingredient in it.
Also, there are ketchups made out of bananas, and other things.
Although if you're allergic to bananas, thatt would be a bad choice to try. Go to the oriental or ethnic foods section of a grocery store, and look at the different choices. You may find something else tha you'd like instead of ketchup or mayonnaise.
You could also check out the diabetic section, too.

reminds me of the story where the guy goes in to see the doctor. Doc it hurts when i do this..... doctor says, well don't do that.
obviously need to leave ketchup and mayo alone. wonder what you're really allergic to. mayo is oil, egg yoke and vinegar. ketchup tomatoes sugar and vinegar. hmmm. allergic to vinegar?

You can get a soy version of mayo, but there's not really an alternative to catsup that doesn't contain tomatoes.

Best to talk to your doctor about this. You don't want to find an alternate condiment only to find you are allergic to it as well.
