I've got a pinch nerve in the C-8 disk on my spine, Money is real tight(6kids & property tax)Can't get to the doctors real soon. I can't find any comfortable way to sleep,tingling w/bicept cramping, all the way down to & including my whole hand, Anyone else gone thru this if so sorry 1st of all, 2nd any comfortable position to sleep in. What kind of rub or otc pain relieversie:aleeve,bayer.

you need to see your doctor before you have permanent nerve damage. Ask for a referral to a respected interventional pain management specialist or to a neurosurgeon if you are having severe neurologic deficits (severe weakness, loss of bowel or bladder control)

I feel for you, I would say go in and talk to a pharmacist. But in the meanwhile, rub some ice on it, and do some moderate exercise, get some blood flowing. Stretching too doesnn't hurt

i had bronchitis as a kid and had to learn to sleep sitting up~get as many as three coach pillows and sit up cover up and have pillows in back and pile the three more in your lap until they are up to your shoulders in front of you and just lay your head on them~you can learn it you have six to ten be pillows for a starter~
