my bf has super senisitive skin and he says that he has tryed every deoderant and they have all irratated his skin. the only one that worked for him so far is something called "high and dry"

okay i have to get in shape i have a pt test coming up and im struggling to make time i need to take off 8 minutes of my run time (2 miles). however i am extremely prone to knee and ankle injuries so i struggle to do the two miles without excruciating pain. i cant make it to a pool every day or at all actually. i have a stationary bike, what can i do to improve my time and strengthen my joints to get my run time down?

Is it ok if i didn't feel the pain in my abdominal cuz i'v been working out to build abs at the first week i felt pain in my muscles then i didn't feel any thing so i started working out for 30~40 minutes (only for the abdominal area) instead of 15~20 minutes

occasionally i will get really lightheaded and nauseas and suddenly lose my vision and hearing...also someone told me that my pupils get really big..afterwards i feel really sick , do you know anything about this??? its only happened about 5 times in the past two years, but its very odd. HELP!!!

she's been acting very distant. not only towards me but like everyone including her boyfriend and family. She won't tell me what's wrong. I don't think she's eaten anything in i don't know how long. i've noticed a big weight change, and she was skinny to begin with. she's always saying that she needs to loose weight. she was like a straight A student and her grades are really slipping. and i'm really getting scared because I heard she fainted or blacked out or something like that in the hallway at school today. what should I do? should i like tell her parents? i don't want to do that if im like jumping to conclusions. but I'm really scared for her. and i know if i go to like her parents, she'll like hate me for life. what should I do?

the reason why i am asking this question is that my father had stroke 1 year back and doctor advised him to take warfarin depending upon the INR test. but some other doctor advised that more than 5 mg of dose should not be taken. however he is on 5mg warfarin but his INR test always show INR between 1.5 to 1.8 only. i am worried because different doc have different opinion. can somebody help me???????????

cleaning a toothbrush? I have a soft bristle, full head toothbrush and the toothpaste makes them stiff after the first use. Each time I brush with it, the bristles are stiff because of the toothpaste. I rinse it under hot water to clean it, but the bristles are still stiff when I use it over and over again. What is the best way to make them 'soft' again like when the brush was new? Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!

I have been told that I have a cyst on one of my ovaries (detected by ultrasound), and have been told by my OBGYN that I will have to have that ovary removed. I do believe that there is a bit of scar tissue located around that ovary and that tube... anyone with experience or real ideas, as to why I need to have the ovary its self removed; instead of the cyst, would help me out a lot with my decision, and would help me to educate myself a little more....

Thanks a head of time... Im losing a lot of sleep over the lack of education on this topic, and worrying myself to death!!!!!!!

AND YES, RECOMMENDED WEB SITES WOULD HELP A LOT.
But would love to know if anyone else out there is now or has ever gone through this one, or has heard of this "major removal" of the ovary because of a cyst!!!!!! ty ty ty ty

My husband is having surgery for spinal stenosis next month. He is having x-stops placed between a few of his vertabrae to relieve the pressure on the nerves and have one fusion . This is a realatively new procedure. According to the pamphlet he will be in the hosptial overnight and should be feeling relief in a few days. Anyone had this done? However, he is also having a fusion , what can we expect post op for that ( the two procedures will be done at once)
