I haven't written my DAT yet, but my average over the past 2 years in bio sci is only 3.3. Should I even bother trying to get into dental school?

I'm a dentist.

Absolutely. You should apply. There's no reason not to, unless money is a major issue.

A 3.3 is cutting it a little close, and a lot of it depends on your undergraduate insitution.

An excellent DAT score can very likely help your cause. Make sure you prepare for it thoroughly. Take the Kaplan course, and take as many practice tests as you can get your hands on.
