There have been many third party studies done on creatine which has shown it to be benificial. It's a natural substance produced by the body and found in most meats and even some veggies, and becomes depleted in athletes. When elevated amounts are present, via supplementation, what happens among other things is a "overhydration" of cells which aids in the uptake of nutrients, especially helpful in anabolic (muscle building) states.
I've taken it off and on for years and have definitely made a difference when I do take it. It does not actually affect testosterone levels.
Adding testosterone directly is what steriods does. Of course, steriods are terrible on the system and it's generally agreed that the negative side-effects outweigh the benifits.

Testerone helps in developing stronger masculine body and improves the sexual urge.
Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

No it does not. Creatine helps in increasing muscle mass. Testosterone (androgen) is male hormone really. Too much causes acne

Creatine helps your muscle cells hold water, it is one more fad that the "health" industry is shoving . It makes you puffy, not ripped. Testosterone increases strength and mass. Taking it also increases estrogen production in men, you could grow boobs, My friend Rainer grew pirky little ones, still makes me laugh
Work hard, eat right, lot of protien, get lots of rest and let the fools screw up their health
