Health - 31 January 2007

I lost half of my tooth recently and am now experiencing pain at night and sensitivity to cold liquids. It seems to hurt on the entire left side of my jaw, even though only one tooth was affected. I rinsed with hydrogen peroxide and am not sure what else I should do for now until my appointment w/ the dentist.
Any suggestions or ideas on what is causing so much pain?

This is for my daughter ...She is 33 weeks and they say the babe is 7 1/2 pounds. She has done awesome 5.7-6.2 A1C's. What does she have to look foward to? C-section? Will they induce? (Doc has said 38 weeks w/ c-section) She does not want this? Will they let you go earlier? And what's is the norm. with the babies outcome lungs and all? Thanks :)

I have "Accidentally" inhaled about two pinches worth of cinnamon...I have tried to blow my nose, snort water, and q-tip the cinnamon out but it seems to have gone into my sinuses at this point....any ideas on how to get it out? Or am I gonna have to go to the doctor with a case as embarrassing as this?

I have a friend for a long time who seems like he would be better off as a girl and he's felt like that for a very very long time and he's seriously thinking about having the sex change operation but one of the 1st parts is hormone therapy and living like a girl (he naturally has that down pat though except for the hormones) and he never really hit puberty either, I mean he got taller but he still sounds like a 7 yr old girl and I dunno he just fits with us better as a girl than as a guy and I really want to help him to be happy so how do we go about this first step?

Hi. I want to inject ham into me. I read in Popular Science that this could be done with the "Oscar Meyer Ham-Injection Kit." As much as I've searched around, I still can't find such a thing at any store (even in the meat section).

For the past few days I've felt dizzy when moving about and it lingers for a few minutes before it passes. I also occassionally get a feeling like my entire body is trembling. And, as if that wasn't enough of a problem, I feel nauseous too.

Just to narrow down the possiblities here:
- not pregnant
- not on my period
- no pre-existing conditions
- eating normally
- no strenuous activity
- no other symptoms

Any ideas you might have on what I should do or what it might be are very much appreciated! Thanks.

Ok... I just stuck a q-tip in my ear and when I pulled the q-tip out, the tip was covered with blood. It's not deep in the ear canal nor is it painful.

This is the first time in my life that something like this happened. I also finished up a hardcore workout.

Is it possible that while I was lifting weights that a blood vessel in my ear popped?

Ok, I’m 17 and i have very VERY abnormal periods (i mean like 1, or 2 periods every like 5-8 months, and I haven‘t had sex in 7 months because of this problem… I thought I was pregnant but I’m not.) so i went to the doctor and she put me on birth control, she told me all about it and when I’m supposed to start next month. well that was a week ago and i just started today... is that bad? Isn’t it supposed to keep you from having your period??? And also they found out when i went that i have a couple assets on my ovaries but there not big enough to have an operation. Could that have anything to do with it? I’m having SO MUCH pain rite now. Worse then cramping! Please IM, E-mail, Answer ANYTHING i need some advice, PLEASE HELP! WHAT DO I DO???

I'm referring to these Hoodia, Trim Spa, etc... I have Hypothyroid, which really means I have no Metabolism, most of my weight is thru the middle, I also seem to crave carbs, and not the sweets. I'm not looking for a miracle. Just a little help! I know excise and diet are the key.
