For the past few days I've felt dizzy when moving about and it lingers for a few minutes before it passes. I also occassionally get a feeling like my entire body is trembling. And, as if that wasn't enough of a problem, I feel nauseous too.

Just to narrow down the possiblities here:
- not pregnant
- not on my period
- no pre-existing conditions
- eating normally
- no strenuous activity
- no other symptoms

Any ideas you might have on what I should do or what it might be are very much appreciated! Thanks.

Sorry, I forgot to add that I have no pre-existing conditions like high blood pressure, etc. I DO have type 1 diabetes (insulin dependent) and that's been good as usual.

i know there is this virus which causes dizziness and u have nausea because of dizziness. virus lives in fallen leaves so people usually get it in autumn, so i don't know what country u re from and what weather there is there now, but anyway, there is no treatment against it, cos it's a virus, and it will take a long time - smth like month - to cure by itself. anyway, i would suggest u go to doctor anyway

Drink some hot green tea and see if that helps. Safeway opens 24hrs. Or maybe you are not getting enough water in your system. Could be a flu coming!
