what is the heathly weight for certain height.. like what is the healthy weight for height 5'4 or 5'5

Small Frame 132-138Medium Frame 133-143 Large Frame 138-150

For 5’5

Small Frame 134-140 Medium Frame is 137-148 Large Frame 144-160

Thats tough to say. You could go by the BMI calculator. However that doesn't take into consideration your body composition. So it'll vary greatly.
