Soup, that too the one which has all vegitables cut and boiled in water. Take only the boiled liquid residue and drink with a pinch of salt and pepper in the morning, your day would be amazing. Trust me, last 1 yr I have had only 1 fever after having this wherein before that i had fever every month!!

After watching the Long Way Round DVD and seeing how healthy the Mongolians are who eat mostly meat & milk from their animals (plus a bit of purchased rice) . . .
My new theory is meat and milk.
