Maybe at least I hope you are asking if a woman's sexual peak at the age of forty is comparable to a 16 year old boys sex drive. maybe minus a couple years. Depending on the woman. But if you are asking if it is good for a 16 year old to have sex with a 40 year old woman .Not good ! Child molestation is the word that comes to my mind.
