For the past few days I've felt dizzy when moving about and it lingers for a few minutes before it passes. I also occassionally get a feeling like my entire body is trembling. And, as if that wasn't enough of a problem, I feel nauseous too.

Just to narrow down the possiblities here:
- not pregnant
- not on my period
- no pre-existing conditions
- eating normally
- no strenuous activity
- no other symptoms

Any ideas you might have on what I should do or what it might be are very much appreciated! Thanks.

There are any number of possible explainations for your symptoms, and without an exam and some blood tests, anything is just a wild guess. You could have problems with low blood sugar, you could be coming down with a virus, you could have an inner ear problem or infection, just for starters. Go see your doctor. If you are in college, there should be a student health clinic you can visit. But a doctor is the one you need to see, to get this all figured out. Maybe nothing major, maybe something easy fixed, maybe something to catch early on. But you won't know until you see the doctor.

Drink some hot green tea and see if that helps. Safeway opens 24hrs. Or maybe you are not getting enough water in your system. Could be a flu coming!

Don't look for answers from people who can't see you. You need professional help. Go to the doctor & have a thorough checkup as well as blood tests.
