A person having high blood pressure but who is on medication. Is it bed for the donor or the donee?

You can't donate blood if you are on medications for high blood pressure or any other medications for that matter.

Most generally people needing blood are in medical trouble. Those who donate blood should not be taking any medication that could hinder such a patient in anyway. After all giving blood is to help another person not put them into jeopardy right.

Yes High blood pressure is actually caused by constricting blood vessels and the heart trying to pump through these vessels. It actually has nothing to do with the blood itself

yes. high blood pressure just means that the blood is being pumped too fast through your veins. there's nothing wrong with the blood itself.
