How can you get a fever without bein sick??

My daughter keeps gettin fevers when some test comes up and shes not sick...her sister says she has some trick...what are they??

Baths.

She's taking a hot bath and then her temperature. Works every time!

she could be jumping up and down to get her heartbeat up and her temp can rise to make it seam like she is having a fever.
