If yes, then how long will it take for me to get back in shape?

The rule of thumb in the fitness world is that you lose 2 weeks for every 1 week you take off. So if you take off 2 weeks it will take you 4 weeks of exercise to get back to the level of fitness you were before the time off.

u can start getting out of shape, but to get completely out of shape (Iif u were in good shape to begin with) takes much longer time, maybe even longer than month. if u get completely out of shape it will take u much much longer than a month to get back into shape - u lose shape faster than u gain it

Not really.. Two weeks is not that long of a time.. Especially if you diet..

you're not in too much trouble. but get moving! I havent exercise in one month too!!

yep the old reversibility principle "if you don't use it you lose it"
So you might do ok but the first workout back will be killer.
