If you know you're skinny and that you should try to gain weight, you are not anorexic. You would be anorexic if you were skinny and saw yourself as a fat cow in the mirror. Just force yourself to eat little things through out the day. Munch on some health snacks and try to eat normal sized meals. Drink milk too!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Further eat only when hungry. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic. Probably u r eating w/o hunger.

Hi! You are certainly do not have anorexia. You're scared and that is causing yourself to become confused if you are full or not!

Don't worry. Here are some tips. Buy some nutritious food and keep them at home. During meals, eat till you are full. Don't worry about the rest, if your full just stop. After awhile if you are hungry, you can snack on those nutritious food. Try not to drink too much water before a meal, maybe just a skip or two. Drink them only AFTER having finished eating. Try not to snack within 2 hours before a meal! Try eating fruits like pineapples and drinking lemon/lime juice too! They can really help your digestive system!

no it dosnt sound like you do, if you know you need to gain weight, and agree that you need to gain weight then you dont, that kind of thinking is the complete opposite of somebody battling anorexia, some people just have a very fast metabolism which means that they have trouble gaining weight, as for not knowing weather you are full or not talk to a doctor or someone who can give you a little more insight as to why you are feeling like that.

You didn't mention how heavy and how tall you are.

Do you have fears about eating and gaining weight? Do you try to vomit out what you eat after a meal? Do you exercise excessively?

It's strange that you don't know yourself whether you are hungry or not. Perhaps you are stresed about whether you have anorexia or not.

Talk to your doctor to see if you're in the normal range for your height and weight.
If the doctor gives you a clean bill of health, just ignore what they say.
One of these years they'll all be jealous you're thin.
